How to use it
Start with Middle C
Both green notes are the same key: one written under the treble staff, one above the bass. Everything else is measured from there.
Name, don't count
Point at one at random. If they have to count up from Middle C, it isn't a landmark yet.
Then find it
Say a name, have them play the key. Reading and finding are two different skills.
